Doris, I'm with you on changing my food focus, I'm trying to do more and more organic. Loved your post yesterday and sent it along. How are you? Love you and miss you!


It is a lovely red pepper. And natural or fake, it's good stuff, that red. Having bigger and better selections of healthful things through our farmers markets and organic sections in grocery stores these days is a treasure! I always marvel at how many things taste wonderful to me now that I thought were awful as a child. And mostly because in the 50's they were cooked to death. Fresh spinach ranks number 1. Love it. Creamed spinach, which is the only way I remember it being served back then, literally made me ill. I suspect it still would. Fresh, YUMMMMMM. Hugs.
